1) Yes it will work on yourself if you meet the below 75 % req.
2) The extra regen of +3/4 is always welcome to relieve the monk a bit. But its not a massive heal.
But the lions Comfort it better for selfheal.

In all honesty... Never Surrender! is a pretty pitiful healing skill.
There's much, MUCH better skills to put on a warrior bar.

For your sword bar?
[skill]bull's strike[/skill]
[skill]savage slash[/skill]
[skill]distracting blow[/skill]
[skill]"watch yourself!"[/skill]
[skill]healing signet[/skill]
[skill]lion's comfort[/skill]
[skill]"shields up!"[/skill]
[skill]"go for the eyes!"[/skill]
... to name a few. Never Surrender! is really weak, especially as it's conditional.

I want a healing skill, and most of the ones u named, alex, are not healing. So i think never surrender is a good skill, in some points better than heal sig, which needs activation time and lions comfort which also need activate time and needs adrenaline so is only usable in direct combat. So any other suggestions?

You don't need a healing skill.
Stop thinking like a wammo.
Watch Yourself! does more than a heal ever could.

ZB wammo ftw. But if you must have a heal, use Heal Sig.

Agreed with 'I hate warriors with heals'.
Never surrender is a good skill on a paragon when its at +5 regen. +5 regen across the whole party combined with stand your ground, their on fire, and watch yourself makes the monk jobs a lot easier.
BBut if your a warrior, concentrate on killing things, not on healing.
Lions Comfort is a great self heal though, Heal Sig is pathetic.

I spec 15 command on Morghan for DoA
To the OP, I would have to agree with most people here in that your focus should be less on healing, and more on damage output, and if you really want to help the team as a whole, bring WY, it's more beneficial to the team.

You shouldn't need more than Heal Sig for your warrior. If you find yourself taking that much damage, just replace one of your attacks with another defensive skill. In fact, if you have a good monk in your party, you will rarely have to use any healing at all since the warrior already has so much armor. And as far as:
Quote:
o i think never surrender is a good skill, in some points better than heal sig, which needs activation time and lions comfort which also need activate time
|
You are ignoring the fact that Heal Sig is linked to Tactics, which also has Watch Yourself! and several good defensive skills, whereas Never Surrender is linked to Command, of which you will probably only use 2 or 3 skills tops, only one of which would have any significant benefit over using something from Tactics or Strength. If you spec your command for the sole purpose of using Never Surrender, you are wasting a huge amount of attribute points.
And if your argument is that you want to make a fun party build, consider that Watch Yourself is going to be infinitely more usefull to a general party than Never Surrender.

Yeah. Heal Sig may be pathetic, but it is still one of the better utility heals in the game. No energy cost and decent recharge time = win

There are more useful things you could run to relieve party pressure; namely save yourselves, and enraging/fgj/furious weapon, which allows you to spam SY.
However I'm a pretty big fan of the skill on a gon, as it does a pretty good job at relieving degen pressure from hexes and conditions, which EoTN is full of.

I never spec command to 14. 10 is ideal. as can be seen here, it does a great job with this particular skill.

You consider +3 regen a self heal? lol...
that's 90 health in 15 seconds......
Healing Signet gives you 100+ in 2 seconds.

Never surrender can be good to relieve pressure if the entire team is suffering from degen. It is a team skill; not a self heal. I often take it on my paragon, but he allready has command for other skills. I don't see much else in command that would benefit your warrior enough to warrant speccing command.
